Booking terms and house rules

Last updated: 2026-05-09

These terms cover the booking process and our cooperation during the session. By submitting a booking, you accept these terms.

1. Booking

  • You can book through the website, by phone, or via social media.
  • Bookings become final only after we send you a confirmation email. Submitting the form does not by itself guarantee the slot.
  • Treat the time slot as confirmed only after the confirmation email arrives.

2. Payment

  • Cash or bank card on-site, at the end of the session.
  • We do not accept online payment at this time.
  • We can issue an invoice on request — please mention it in the booking notes.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot.
  • For cancellations within 24 hours we charge 50% of the session fee (the freed slot is hard to fill on short notice).
  • Cancel or reschedule by phone or email.

4. Late arrival

  • A delay of up to 15 minutes is added back where possible.
  • A delay of more than 15 minutes shortens the session to whatever time remains in your originally booked slot (the next client is waiting).
  • A delay of more than 30 minutes means the session cannot take place and the full fee is charged.

5. No-show

If you do not show up and do not notify us, the full fee is charged. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.

6. Health requirements

Before the session, please tell us if:

  • You have an active fever, contagious illness, or open wound — please cancel and come back when recovered.
  • You are pregnant (some massage types are not recommended during pregnancy).
  • You have had recent surgery, a fracture, severe heart or vascular issues, or another significant medical condition — a doctor's clearance may be needed.
  • You take medication or supplements regularly — some can affect the session.
  • You have any allergies or skin sensitivities — helps us pick the right oil.

When in doubt, please call us before booking.

7. Hygiene

  • Please arrive clean.
  • Clean towels and a single-use sheet are provided for the session.
  • All equipment is disinfected before and after each session.

8. What to bring

Honestly, just yourself — everything else is provided: clean towels, a sheet, oil, water. Two small things that can make the experience nicer:

  • A hair tie if you have long hair, to keep it out of the oil.
  • Loose, comfortable clothes for afterwards — nicer than squeezing back into tight jeans on a relaxed body.

9. Unacceptable behaviour

Massage is a professional service. The following will end the session immediately and no refund will be issued:

  • Arriving intoxicated or under the influence.
  • Aggressive, abusive, or threatening behaviour.
  • Any sexual conduct or suggestion.

10. Feedback and complaints

If something is off during or after a session, please tell us. We aim to resolve any issue directly and quickly.
